Living the Strobe Life

One thing I've had to do a lot of here in the real world is use strobes for portraits. I never really did this before, I would either find some window light or schedule the portrait at 6 when the light was nice, but life on the outside doesn't always allow for that. So here's my attempts at strobing portraits, enjoy.

Yesterday I shot a feature of a youth football practice. Three years ago in Flint I also shot a feature of youth football practice. It's rare that I get to see tangible improvement in my work, I usually just have to reassure myself that I am getting better at this photography stuff.
